The Superior Apartment is the second largest apartment type we offer. In this two-room apartment can accommodate up to four people (this requires two extra beds).The fully equipped apartment has a separate living area from the bedroom with an integrated kitchenette. From the bedroom leads to a spacious bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.Each apartment has a double bed made up of two single beds, which can be separated on request. In the living area, a couch and two armchairs provide space to relax and the flatscreen television provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The large kitchen table is ideal for both eating and working. A separate workplace is located in the bedroom. A Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a toaster and kettle are standard in each apartment. In addition, a range of crockery and cutlery is provided.Two private balconies / terraces are available with each apartment.The price for this type of apartment amounts to 1865 euros per month for single use and to 2200 euros for double use. Our apartment complex is located only 500 meters away from the S-Bahn and bus station Adlershof on the Wista area in the south of Berlin. The Berlin city highway A100 can also be reached by car in just 4 minutes. The city center of Berlin (Alexanderplatz) can be reached by the S-Bahn in about 30 minutes and the Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SXF) is only 15 minutes away.Despite the very good connection to public transport and the highway, our house is very quiet, as the Wista site is a business and science location and in the evening there is little hustle and bustle.Also enough parking is provided, as in addition to the hotel’s own parking lots numerous free parking facilities surround our facility.The shopping center “Adlershof Gate” (Kaufland supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, computer clothing and shoe shops, etc.) can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.
