The beautiful period flat is on historic Calton Hill, in the Centre of Edinburgh.A lovely location with a magical private garden. Waverley station, tram, shops, theatre, restaurants all within a 5 min walk. If you’re flying into Edinburgh just get the airport link bus or tram into the town centre. The bus and tram stops are a few minutes walk from the house.The Space:A lovely sunny flat with a spacious lounge opening into a private garden with beautiful seating area. Cute and cozy double bedroom, fully equipped dining kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom. The living room has a traditional fireplace but this is not a working fire, due to the chimney not being open. The big cast iron radiators for the central heating system are very effective! Lots of restaurants, theatres etc are on your doorstep but for a night in there’s a TV (32 inch) with all the Freeview channels. Internet access via Sky.Guest Access:The flat is on the ground floor of a traditional Grade 2 listed building. It’s in a great elevated position, so there are two flights of steps up to the front door. The property is very secure, with a telephone entry system at the front door.Overnight car parking is available at the nearby NCP St. James Centre, which is just a few minutes walk from our flat.
