The main room overlooks street double glazing and is very bright thanks to a large glass door that gives access to a small balcony. Parquet floor. The room consists of a double bed *****, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV Wired and a library. Internet wifi and DSL available The kitchen is open to the main room that you can close with sliding shutters. It is equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. You have at your disposal all the necessary dishes. For your meals, you will have a high dining table with 2 high chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink with a mirror, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. At disposal a cupboard in the entrance. For your comfort towels and linens available. Communal heating. Please note that for stay longer than 6 months, the deposit is equal to two months and that the agency fees, paper work, lease contract signed by the tenant and eventually the guarantor will be requested as well as the rent to be paid on time along with a damage deposit which is returned after the stay minus the damages/ cleaning and bills consumption.
