In the hearth of St Germain des Pres, you will stay in a confortable and cosy 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment has been renew at the end of 2016. It is bright and really quiet.Description- Entrance hall with parquet floor- Living room with sofa, coffee table, comfortable armchair.- Dining area for 6 persons- Balcony with small table to take your morning coffee- 1st bedroom with one double bed (160 cm). The bed can be converted into two single beds- Another bedroom with a second double bed. This one maybe hidden in the large cupboard to use this bedroom as an office- Last bedroom with double bed- Independent and equipped kitchen (freezer, coffee maker, fridge, etc.)- Bathroom with bath- Independent toilet.On their day of arrival, we will show our guest how work the household appliances and the Internet Wifi. You will be able to contact us 7/7 for any problem or question you may have. We will also meet our guests on their day of departure.# NotesAny arrival / departure between 8pm and 8 am will be charged 50 Euros.Any arrival / departure on Sunday or public Holiday will be charged 50 Euros.Any arrival / departure on December 25th or January 1st will be charged 150 eurosThose fees will be due at check in or check out.There is no cleaning fee but you are supposed to leave the apartment cleaned. We provide bed sheets and towels.In order to comply with French legislation for short-term housing, we will ask our guests to sign a rental contract.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
