This bright, spacious apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city’s most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Fully furnished, this spacious apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchenette and bathroom. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) to sleep a third and fourth guest while the dining table also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves but I will always be contactable throughout your stay. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this flat is on the second floor.
