Capital Gate Overview
Student Roost identified a gap in affordable student housing in Liverpool and developed Capital Gate student accommodation to provide homes to a diverse student population in the city. Flush with top-notch facilities and a fantastic location, you can find yourself at the centre of student living at Capital Gate.
Capital Gate Location
Located at Capital Gate, the University of Liverpool can be spotted right outside your window. A mere 30-second walk from campus, the barely-there distance is a major factor that attracts most students at the university. Capital Gate student accommodation has a central location with the city centre just around the corner from the facility. This enables students to enjoy a host of activities without having to travel a long distance from their residence.
Capital Gate Features
Capital Gate has a range of en-suites and studios catering to the needs of various students. A huge plus point of the property is that the accommodation’s 24×7 one-site team hosts a number of get-togethers and social events that makes staying at the property all the more enjoyable. Students are able to enjoy its social spaces as well as private study areas when they want to retreat from the hubbub and get some work done.
