With lively restaurants, bars and shops right on your doorstep, as well as being a 5 minute walk from the overground, my flat couldn’t be in a more desirable location.LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREAThe kitchen and living area is the heart of this elegant apartment.There’s ample space for cooking, and you are welcome to use all the equipment provided.Please note that the oven is currently out of order. I aim to include this amenity in the listing soon.The living area is set up for unwinding and relaxing. The sofa is super-comfortable, perfect to read a book.BEDROOMSComfortable double beds will ensure you have the perfect night’s sleep. The neighbourhood is ideally situated to have access to some of the best bars in Hoxton and also be quite convenient to the Angel /Shoreditch/Old Street neighbourhoods. Within a 25 minute walk, you can be at some of the best bars and restaurants in London, including Nightjar (named some of the best cocktails in the world), Happiness Forgets, Portside Parlour, Joyeux Bordel (great late at night particularly), and the Clove Club. If art is more your thing, check out the modern Red Gallery which has frequently rotating exhibits by young contemporary artists.Hoxton has become popular for a reason – the nightlife here is amazing, there is art and style everywhere, and it’s a completely different crowd from the “typical” West London tourists might know. Of course you are easily accessible to the rest of the city, but once you’ve settled in here you may find it hard to leave the neighbourhood!
