Our approximately 30 square meter comfort apartments are on the fourth floor and are tastefully furnished. Due to the spacious cut, this apartment has a king-size box spring bed (180×200) A modern look in green and brown ensures a harmonious color scheme to feel good and relax. The furnished apartments offer ideal opportunities for long stays. A weekly cleaning and linen change of towels, bed linen and tea towels ensure a relaxed and well-kept living. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker and basic kitchen equipment. The tickets for local public transport are free for our guests, this applies to the entire stay and the large area of validity of the VRR. These will be handed out at check-in on request.Services that can be booked at extra charge:- Daily cleaning per day 20 EUR- Pet per day 8 EUR- First purchase (20 EUR service fee plus product price)- Use of the sauna in the Hotel Haus am Zoo until 11 p.m. 5 EUR/day/person- Underground parking space per car/night EUR 8.00 per day, EUR 45.00 per week, EUR 120 per month- Bike rental 2 EUR/day- Use of the washing machine with a coin slotNotice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
