This cool Old Town 1-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Old Town just around the corner of The Royal Mile has a lovely view and a back garden area. It is ideal for a long and comfortable stay for solo guests or couples. The apartment is fully-furnished and professionally cleaned. 24/7 guest support available.The Space:This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers who wish to experience the charm of the Old Town and be in the centre of the city. Literally just a minute away from The Royal Mile it does not get any better location wise. Besides having all the main attractions within 5-10 minutes from the flat, there are also plenty of shops around if you’d rather stay home and cook your own dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or just have a cup of coffee in the back garden area.Guest Access:Guests will have full access to the entire apartment including free wifi.Other Things to Note:We use a professional cleaning company and hotel quality towels and linen will be supplied.House Rules:• Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)• No smoking• No pets• No parties or events• Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Please note that the cleaning fee for this property is mandatory and is to be paid before check in.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only. The Neighborhood:Edinburgh’s Old Town is one of the world’s most historic sites. The flat offers you the opportunity to live in a modern, well equipped apartment right beside many of these historical sites. It is located just around the corner from The Royal Mile, at the centre of the Festival action during the summer. The Edinburgh Castle is just a short stroll away, as well as the National Museum of Scotland or Princes Street where you will find all the shops.There are plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from just outside the doorstep.Getting Around:The apartment is right in the heart of Edinburgh Old Town and close to all travel links and historical sights. Waverley train station is just 5 minutes away, and that’s where the Airport express bus (Airlink) stops too. If you are taking the tram from the airport, the nearest tram stop is on Princes Street, about 12 minute walk away.The buses are a great way to get around as well and the nearest stop is just outside my apartment. The city is also very well-served with a good taxi service – a rule of thumb being that £5-£10 will get you almost everywhere you want to get to from the flat. Uber is also a convenient option if you have the application for it.
