Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a stone’s throw from the lively Place de la Contrescarpe and its many brasseries, bars and restaurants, our large 32m2 studio apartment is located in the lively part of the famous Rue Mouffetard, with the atmosphere of small village with its food shops, its church and its shops.Located on the 3rd floor, it overlooks the street and the roof/sky part of the building opposite, and takes advantage of its west orientation to be bathed in sunlight in the afternoon through its 2 beautiful windows. Its charm is accentuated by a fireplace that sits in the middle of the living room, in front of which opens a convertible sofa offering 2 beds. It benefits from a desk, storage, and is open to an American kitchen with its bar, equipped with everything you need to prepare or heat up small dishes. The bathroom has a fairly good sized shower, a sink and a toilet. Finally, it has a washing machine.During the reservation process, we need the following documents to complete the reservation1) ID/passport2) Work contract / School registration letter3) Residence permit/visa4) Financial proof, eg payslips and/or bank account.
